The Cummings Agency is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. Job Responsibilities:

Collect clean and analyze data to identify and patterns
Develop and maintain data models algorithms and dashboards

Essential Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Data Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or related field
Proven experience in data analysis and visualization tools such as Python R SQL Tableau etc.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Desired Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a data analysis role
Experience working in the insurance industry is a plus

Salary & Benefits:

Salary Range: $95000 - $135000 per year
