Job Description: IT Support Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support to employees at The Cummings Agency
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Install and configure computer hardware software systems networks printers and scanners
- Ensure security and privacy of data
- Set up new user accounts and and handle password issues
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Offer technical support for both hardware and software issues
- Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
- Assist with technology projects and upgrades
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems
- Excellent skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support
- Experience with network administration and support
- Industry certifications such as CompTIA A or Microsoft Certified IT Professional are a plus
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $90000 - $110000 per year
