Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to staff members for computer systems software and hardware
- Install configure and troubleshoot computer hardware software and peripherals
- Manage user accounts permissions and access rights
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place and followed
- Respond to IT support tickets and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement new technologies and systems
- Train employees on basic IT tasks and best practices
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer systems networks and IT security
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support
- Experience with real estate industry software or systems is a plus
- Certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified Professional are preferred
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $85000 - $105000 USD per year
