Job Summary
Requirements
- Degree in Management Business Administration Engineering or Science with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience; OR
- Higher Diploma with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience of which 3 years should be at supervisory level
- Good understanding of railway engineering and operations management systems
- Knowledge of statistical techniques & software and knowledge management systems
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese (including Cantonese & Mandarin)

Responsibilities
- Synthesise information for development of Global Operations Standards (GOS) which defines MTRs brand promises for flexible adaptation in respective operations hubs in service delivery
- Administer the editing updating and dissemination processes of Global Operations Standards and support the development of knowledge management of GOS Institute portal and documentation
- Distil and deliver knowledge pertinent to railway benchmarking and relevant studies and reports to facilitate adoption of best practices disseminate benchmarking reports to line managers as appropriate
- Coordinate regular workshops for reviewing and assuring observance of Global Operations Standards in Hong Kong Chinese Mainland and Overseas
- Coordinate the international railway benchmarking programmes for the Corporation
- Coordinate processing of KPIs study initiatives and questionnaires of transport operations and support other benchmarking initiatives as required
- Perform data analysis to examine performance drivers of high performance metros and recommend strategy for improving operational performance
