Job Summary
Requirements
Degree in Civil / Structural / Geotechnical Engineering or a related discipline
A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in railway or construction works of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
Possession of Corporate Membership in Civil / Structural / Geotechnical Engineering and a valid Hong Kong driving licence class 1 and 2 are preferred
Solid experience in project management and contract administration
Good knowledge of tunnelling or geotechnical works in railway environment is an advantage
Remarks
Candidates with lower qualification but extensive experience will also be considered
Required to perform shift duties and work under adverse weather and emergency situations

Responsibilities
Lead a team of technical staff to conduct regular inspection at construction sites within the railway protection areas
Review construction submissions conduct investigation prepare reports and review monitoring results regularly to assess the condition of railway structures / installations as well as arrange rectification works when necessary
