Plush Toys Engineer

• Work closely with designers from design concept product style and functional requirements transforming abstract concepts into practical and feasible production solutions.
• Conduct structural analysis of plush products and design detailed production processes ensuring the products meet design specifications and are suitable for mass production.
• Provide professional recommendations on fabric and accessory based on product characteristics under cost control.
• Guide suppliers through sample development and trial production improve production techniques and resolve issues identified during pattern-making and sewing processes to shorten sample lead time and ensure smooth mass production.
• Ensure all products meet the quality and safety standards.

Qualifications :

• 8 years experience in plush toys development familiar the process from concept development to mass production.
• Diploma / Bachelors degree.
• Proficient in using electric sewing machines digital printing embroidery appliqué hand sewing and knowledgeable in cutting stuffing and final finishing techniques.
• Strong knowledge of plush product manufacturing processes development cycles and various fabrics/materials (including different textures and material characteristics).
• Familiar toys safety and testing standards e.g. EN71 and ASTM.
• Able to negotiate with suppliers on pricing delivery schedules payment terms and other procurement conditions to ensure competitive advantages.
• Good communication skills and teamwork splits capable of coordinating effectively with cross-functional departments.
• Able to independently analyze and resolve issues encountered during product development and production.
• Detailminded responsible and with strong professional ethics. Able to complete tasks on time.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Well-versed in MS Office (Words Excel Outlook & Teams).
• Short notice or immediate available is highly preferred.
