Job Summary
Our client is a next-generation financial technology company building a peer-to-peer investment and trading platform on secure compliant and trustless infrastructure. Their ecosystem enables users to trade invest and access diversified investment strategies transparently alongside professional investors.
Responsibilities
- Architect build and maintain high-performance React Native applications for both iOS and Android
- Act as the technical lead for mobile development driving architecture and engineering best practices
- Ensure code quality scalability performance and stability across the mobile codebase
- Conduct code reviews and establish strong development standards
- Mentor and guide mobile engineers helping elevate the overall engineering quality
- Collaborate closely with product backend design and QA teams to deliver features end-to-end
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks memory issues and stability risks
Requirements
- 8 years of professional mobile development experience (iOS Android or both)
- 3 years of production experience with React Native
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead Staff Engineer or Senior Mobile Engineer
- Expert-level JavaScript / TypeScript knowledge and strong clean coding practices
- Strong understanding of mobile architecture performance optimization and memory management
