The Siena Campus a 326-bed acute care hospital opened in 2000 expanded the services of the Rose de Lima Campus to meet growing healthcare needs. St. Rose Dominican is part of Dignity Health one of the nations largest healthcare systems with over 9000 physicians 60000 team members and 400 care centers across 22 states including hospitals urgent care imaging and surgery centers home health and primary care clinics. Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Financial Professional you will apply financial expertise to support strategic goals and optimal fiscal health.

Every day you will analyze financial data interpret complex information and communicate findings or recommendations to stakeholders ensuring accuracy and compliance in financial processes.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate strong analytical skills meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication abilities to guide informed financial decisions.

  • Collects necessary data for development of professional contracts and leases and follows-up on data requests as they relate to contracts and leases.
  • Management of physician reimbursement process and medical fees budget.
  • Develops documentation relating to Fair Market Value for contracts
  • Reviews physician contracts to determine and verify appropriate compensation.
  • Coordinates development of net present value (NPV) and Brokers Opinion of Value (BOV) as needed for lease development; coordinates development of Non-Disturbance Agreements with Dignity Health Legal and lenders and completes real estate questionnaires for properties as required including cost/square foot and operating expense analysis of properties.
  • Assists CPE and COO in the preparation of new legal service requests (eLSRs) for contracts and leases. Completes on- line contract requests and includes all necessary information to develop the contract.
