Job Summary
- W2 contract-to-perm role with preference for AZ-based candidates (no sponsorship available)
Job Summary:
- Serve as a financial advisor / fractional CFO for multiple client businesses
- Analyze and optimize client P&L statements balance sheets cash flow and financial performance
- Prepare and present financial forecasts reports and activity summaries to clients
- Manage budgeting revenue forecasting and financial planning processes
- Identify and recommend opportunities for profitability improvement pricing strategies and cost management
- Collaborate with operations and marketing advisors to drive business growth strategies
- Conduct regular financial reviews and guide clients on strategic financial decisions
- Support clients with expansion initiatives including new markets acquisitions and business investments
- Requires 10 years experience in FP&A corporate finance accounting or financial consulting
- Strong financial analysis modeling and forecasting skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience preparing financial reports and dashboards
- Excellent communication skills for explaining financial insights to business leaders
- Ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field preferred
