What We Offer:
$2000/month base pay
Commission bonus opportunities

Sundays off one additional day off during the week

Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with customers through proactive outreach
Conduct needs assessments make product recommendations and coordinate test drives
Negotiate deals while maintaining a customer-first approach
Log all customer interactions in our lead management system
Personally deliver sold vehicles to ensure a top-notch experience and gain referrals
Participate in networking and business development activities
Qualifications:
No automotive experience required we will train the right person!
Experience in hospitality restaurant or customer service industries is highly valued
Self-motivated goal-oriented and eager to grow
Strong communication skills
Ability to build rapport and maintain a loyal customer base
Interest in staying informed about products trends and industry updates
