What Youll Do
- Build and strengthen relationships through facetoface selling
- Develop opportunities across commercial industrial and institutional projects
- Work closely with landscape architects engineers municipalities developers and designers
- Host lunchandlearns and educational presentations
- Visit active commercial job sites and support projects from design through execution
- Leverage advanced technology and data tools to manage a long sales cycle
- Represent TechoBloc as a trusted technical and design partnernot just a vendor
Qualifications :
What You Bring
- 2 years of B2B sales experience (construction building materials or related fields preferred)
- Ability to read blueprints and understand design intent
- Comfort working with architectural and engineering firms
- Experience with tools like CMD Insight or Dodge Reports is a plus
- Strong organization followup and negotiation skills
- Proactive selfdirected and comfortable managing complex projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid drivers license and passport (international travel may be required)
A background in Landscape Architecture or design is strongly preferredbut we provide the training to build deep hardscape expertise.
