Our Sales/Product Specialists guide customers through their entire car-buying experience from the first point of contact to the moment they drive off the lot. Your goal is to help customers feel informed confident and excited about their purchase.
A Typical Day Includes:
- Engaging with customers via phone email text and in person
- Understanding where each customer is in the buying process and identifying what information they need
- Completing in-depth product demonstrations
- Working with our inventory and acquisition teams to determine market value on trade-ins
- Presenting and explaining purchase terms including pricing payments and loan structures
- Following up with customers to answer questions and ensure a positive experience
Qualifications :
- Must have a valid Drivers License with a clean driving record. (3 year minimum)
- Experience in Automotive Sales
