Role: Product Manager - Sales and Support Tech with Generative AI / Agentic AI experience
Location: San Jose CA (3 days a week onsite)

8 years Product Manager experience in Sales/Support technologies hands-on Generative/Agentic AI experience experience with AI platform integration strong analytics cross-functional leadership and a relevant bachelors degree.
Must Have:
- 8 years in product management with proven Sales & Support tech experience.
- Demonstrated success in product launches and lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience implementing Generative AI / Agentic AI solutions in customer-facing products.
- Experience integrating AI solutions into enterprise CRM/support systems.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tools (training fine-tuning deployment).
- Experience with leading AI platforms: Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service Amazon Bedrock AWS SageMaker.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills; ability to define and track KPIs.
- Experience collaborating with engineering UX sales legal support and data science teams.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (technical & non-technical).
- Must have experience engaging with customers and gathering feedback to validate product concepts.
- Ability to translate customer needs into product strategy.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
