What Youll Do
As a Customer Contracts Manager youll be responsible for managing the endtoend customer experience from order to delivery ensuring customer contracts are delivered successfully from order won stage through to completion. Working closely with internal functions and external customers youll own the contract management lifecycle translating customer requirements into clear specifications managing changes and resolving issues to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Youll play a key role in coordinating crossfunctional activity across Engineering Operations Quality and Supply Chain to ensure contractual commitments are met on time to cost and to quality.
What Were Looking For
Were looking for a commercially astute organised and customerfocused professional who can manage multiple contracts and priorities in a complex manufacturing environment. Youll bring experience in commercial or contract management strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and highprofile customers. A keen attention to detail a rightfirsttime mindset and the ability to work well under pressure are essential as is the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a wider team.
Bonus if you have:
- Experience within the bus industry or a technically complex manufacturing environment
- Technical knowledge of bus products and vehicle specifications
- Experience supporting factory visits first vehicle signoff or customer PDIs
