Position Responsibilities:
Performance Management
Prepare and maintain required database
Business productivity drivers tracking - Maintain and create new performance dashboards including PowerBI and excel reports
Reconciliation of month-end sales reports with Finance.
Consolidate country and regional sales update and commentaries including preparation of management presentation decks
Primary liaison party with Finance and Regional Office.
Monitor Channel product mix against plan profitability trends and recommend pre-emptive and reactive intervention measures.
Business Development Planning & Strategy
Regular and ad hoc data analytics projects to provide insights to drive Channel KPIs.
Leverage on market intelligence and collaborate with key stakeholders to formulate and execute activation and penetration strategy for existing and alternate segments/channels.
Preparation of planning and strategy decks.
Facilitate planning workshops and align internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives and financial KPIs.
Incentives & Compensation schemes
Review and recommend remuneration schemes
Sales Incentive Program (SIP) monitoring and recommendations
Review and provide recommendations for sellers campaign structure
Responsible for preparing approval papers and business justifications.
Required Qualifications:
Attention to detail precise handling of data
Advance user in Excel PowerBI and Access. Powerpoint VBA VBScript Python Tableau/ Quikview will be advantage
Analytical skills able to work with large amount of data facts and figures
Excellent communication skills able to present findings translate data into easily understood form. Write speak clearly and communicate complex ideas
Critical thinking ability to look beyond the data to derive conclusions that help the business
