What youll do
- Monitoring Work In Progress on regional Area.
- Controlling day to day service center activity and provide support for field obstacles.
- Make regular weekly - monthly report analyze service performance toward target and improvements needed.
- Handling voice of customer and countermeasure respond needed.
- Manage Authorized Service Center and way-of-working to be able to meet good customer service satisfaction level.
What you must have
- Bachelor degree in any major.
- Experienced as Data analyst & customer satisfaction are at least 1 years.
- Strong time management and communications.
