Summary of the Job:
About This Role:
Summer Intern Programming Support:
Support with the coordination of FNBOs Internship Program including event logistics programming execution and strategic preparation for ongoing initiatives.
Create and send regular communications to all summer interns about upcoming events and engagement opportunities.
Attend and promote intern programming events throughout the summer.
Talent Management Program Support:
Learn about FNBOs organization as a whole and support with a variety of HR projects.
Execute projects to enhance how we execute our school partnerships (k-12).
Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business (Community Development Team Learning & Development Team Business Units etc.) and in the community (school districts and non-profits) to re-imagine how we support our community and schools with Career Education.
Support relationships and commitments with school and community partners through coordinating and executing educational opportunities.
Assist with strategic planning and coordination for upcoming employee development programming.
Up to 20% of time could be spent hosting or attending engagement opportunities.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:
Required Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to adhere to overlapping timelines of completion
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Must be a current university student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Human Resources Marketing Communications Business Education Liberal Arts or similar field
Undergraduate GPA of 3.0 or higher
Desired Qualifications:
Design experience in Canva
Content design education or experience
Experience working with students grades K-12
Event planning and public speaking experience
