Job Summary
Job Title: Clinical Services Registered Nurse (Evening Shift)
Location: Phoenix AZ
Assignment Duration: 713 Weeks
Shift: Evening 10-hour shifts
Schedule: Wednesday Saturday 12:00 PM 10:00 PM
Weekly Hours: 3038 hours
Pay Rate:$45 to $49/hour
Position Summary
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide evening clinical services in a secure youth care environment. The RN will be responsible for assessing health needs administering medications supporting intake screenings and responding to medical concerns to ensure the safety and well-being of youth residents.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and respond to youth health concerns and provide appropriate clinical care
Monitor document and report changes in vital signs and health status
Administer medications and observe for adverse reactions
Conduct intake health screenings for newly admitted youth
Obtain and process laboratory specimens (blood urine etc.)
Provide direct patient care and emergency response as needed
Administer vaccinations and assist with TB skin testing
Collaborate with the healthcare team on treatment planning
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure adequate medical supplies
Perform additional duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
Minimum of 1 year of RN experience
Strong clinical assessment and emergency response skills
Excellent communication documentation and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a secure environment
Commitment to professional nursing standards and regulatory compliance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in correctional or juvenile care settings
Familiarity with behavioral health observation and patient monitoring
