Rye NY areaSeeking a dedicated Oncology Pharmacist to support specialized pharmacy services in a leading oncology-focused hospital. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring safe and effective medication therapy for patients facing serious illness all while collaborating within an expert multidisciplinary : Work in a mission-driven oncology hospital environment Collaborate with expert hematology-oncology teams and infusion services Shift: 37.5 hours - Days - Mon-Fri 8-4 / 9-5 / 11-7 alternating w/e &holiday Full suite of benefits and retirement planRequirements: NYS Pharmacist license and current New York registration required 23 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferably some in oncology CE credits must include a minimum of 3 annually in Chemotherapy/Oncology Oncology certification (NYSCHP BPS or equivalent) strongly preferred Experience in hematology-oncology and infusion center workflow highly desiredYour Day: Verify and dispense medication orders aligned with oncology protocols Collaborate with nursing physicians and pharmacy staff to optimize therapeutic outcomes Support infusion center operations and chemotherapy handling Demonstrate leadership and promote continuous improvement within pharmacy practice
