The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care in an outpatient setting managing a caseload of approximately 4 patients daily. The role involves working collaboratively with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care during scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Manage a daily caseload of approximately 4 patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform patient assessments and implement appropriate interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Document patient information accurately and timely in Cerner.
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in an outpatient setting.
- Manage a daily caseload of approximately 4 patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Perform patient assessments and implement appropriate interventions.

- Adhere to facility policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- Experience in a critical access facility.
- Experience in a Magnet designated facility.
- Experience in a teaching hospital.
- Experience in a critical access facility.

Special Considerations:
- Must have an active Illinois license in hand or already applied for.
- The facility is a Critical Access Magnet designated teaching hospital.
- Business casual attire or plain solid scrubs are required.
- Client may call-off up to 36 hours per thirteen week assignment without pay.

Scheduling:
- Shift: 0800-1630
- Every other weekend is required.
- Block scheduling may be accommodated; inquire during the interview.
