Job Summary
Job Title: Ecosystem & Partnerships Manager
Term: 12 months

Reports to: Payment Systems Merchant Relations Vice President
Relevant experience: Banking digital banking project management campaign management or product/ strategy.
Mandatory requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of ecosystem & partnerships management experience.
- Strong commercial mindset and customer-orientated approach.
- Native Turkish and fluency in English
PURPOSE OF JOB
The Ecosystem & Partnerships Manager is responsible for developing strategic business partnerships monitoring industry dynamics managing key external relationships and executing collaboration opportunities aligned with the companys objectives. This role focuses on designing partnership models between the bank customers and external stakeholders across various sectors; overseeing partnerships that support loyalty program strategies; and coordinating end-to-end processes to ensure successful implementation.
TASKS
Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities
- Ecosystem & Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute partnership initiatives in line with the companys ecosystem and collaboration strategy.
- Collaboration Roadmap: Design a partnership roadmap aligned with sales strategies and market needs ensuring sustainable and scalable cooperation models.
- Relationship & Partnership Management: Manage relationships with partner firms and execute campaigns and collaborations that support the banks strategic objectives.
- Market & Competitive Monitoring: Track industry dynamics and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and formulate action plans.
- Stakeholder & Brand Communication: Engage with partners and brands preparing proposals launch plans and partnership frameworks.
- Contract & Agreement Processes: Lead contract negotiations and agreement workflows ensuring smooth coordination between partner firms and internal business units.
- Project Tracking & Reporting: Monitor the progress of partnership projects prepare regular reports and present insights and updates to senior management.
Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelors degree from relevant fields.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience.
- Experience in banking digital banking project management campaign management or product/strategy roles.
- Strong commercial mindset and customer-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to effectively use MS Office and digital business tools.
