We are looking for a Marketing & Communication Manager to drive our brand vision by leading marketing initiatives that support business goals. This role develops and executes integrated marketing plans combining digital innovation with traditional strategies and collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.
- Leading the development and execution of integrated marketing & communication activities (B2B & B2C) across online and offline channels in line with the companys marketing strategy and driving performance tracking to measure brand and sales impact
- Managing ATL and BTL channel strategy and execution based on defined target audience segments.
- Planning and implementing 360 campaigns across all relevant touchpoints
- Driving value propositionfocused communication event and sponsorship strategies to strengthen brand positioning and corporate image
- Contributing to master planning developed by commercial committees through customer-focused insights strategic recommendations and action plans
- Building Metros brand visibility and engagement by leading communication planning content creation messaging and channel management to enhance brand image across stores online and social media
- Lead marketing & communications budget across projects and actions optimizing by channels and timing to support brand priorities
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field
- Minimum 15 years of experience in brand management and managing digital communication budgets; market research and retail experience is a plus.
- An inspiring leader excellent communicator and solution-oriented player to collaborate with other key departments heads & directors
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Perfect Project Management & follow up
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to work collaboratively with cross functional teams
- Target oriented with a focus on results
- Dynamic performer who adapts quickly with strong planning and organizational skills
- Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multi-task
- Interested in gastronomy and food lover
- Data driven creative and innovative perception

Head Office Working Model is Hybrid in METRO. Were working remotely on Fridays. You can work from anywhere on that day.
