We are looking for a Senior Business Development Manager (remote from Turkey) to drive growth across Turkey and the MENA region focusing on performance-based advertising solutions.
This role is ideal for someone coming from AdTech mobile advertising networks or performance marketing agencies who understands the mobile ecosystem and already has relationships with app advertisers in the region.
The Role
You will be responsible for building and growing REPLUGs advertiser base across Turkey and the MENA region.
This is a full-cycle sales role where you are expected to own the entire commercial process from identifying opportunities to closing deals. You will generate your own pipeline manage advertiser relationships and work closely with our internal teams to launch and scale campaigns.
You will also act as the primary relationship owner for the clients you bring in communicating with them in their local language when possible. This allows you to build trust support campaign scaling and identify new opportunities for growth.
This role offers high ownership autonomy and direct impact on regional revenue growth.
Tasks
Own business development for Turkey & MENA
Identify and approach mobile apps and advertisers in the region
Build relationships with UA managers marketing teams and decision-makers
Expand REPLUGs presence within the regional mobile ecosystem
Generate pipeline
Prospect new clients through outbound outreach and your existing network
Build and manage your own pipeline of opportunities
Maintain a consistent flow of qualified leads
Run the full sales cycle
Discovery pitching negotiation closing
Present performance advertising opportunities to mobile advertisers
Close deals independently
Sell performance-based advertising solutions
Position OEM advertising and alternative acquisition channels
Help advertisers diversify beyond traditional platforms such as Meta Google and TikTok
Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful campaign launches
Manage and grow client relationships
Act as the main point of contact for the advertisers you bring in
Communicate with clients in their local language when possible
Build strong long-term relationships with UA and marketing teams
Identify upsell opportunities and expansion potential within accounts
Support campaign scaling through close collaboration with internal operations teams
Work closely with the CSM team to help scale campaigns
Requirements
3 years of experience in AdTech affiliate networks or performance marketing sales
Experience selling performance-based advertising solutions
Strong understanding of mobile user acquisition and performance marketing
Proven track record in business development and closing deals
Ability to generate pipeline independently
Experience working with mobile apps advertisers or UA teams
Strong understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem in Turkey and MENA
Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate autonomously
Languages
Fluent English required
Turkish native required
Arabic is a strong plus
