Key Responsibilities
As part of our dynamic customer support team you will:
- Provide outstanding customer service in German (C2) with support in English (C1) when required.
- Handle inquiries incidents and questions regarding diabetes medical devices via phone email and chat.
- Assist patients caregivers and healthcare professionals with empathy and accuracy.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting and product usage ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with your Team Leader to ensure operational excellence.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Sunday 24/7 (Rotating shifts)
- Days Off: 2 rotating days per week
- Night Shift: 22:00 07:00 (The night shift team is small so occasional night shifts may be required. Candidates must be comfortable with a 24/7 rotation.)
Compensation & Benefits
We value your commitment and reward it generously:
- Base Salary: 1100 gross/month (paid 14 months)
- Attendance Bonus: 400 gross/month (paid 11 months)
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 net per working day
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C2) mandatory
- Advanced English (C1) for internal communication and training
- EU citizenship or valid work permit
- Excellent communication empathy and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotating shifts and thrive in a multicultural environment
- Prior experience in customer service or healthcare is a plus but not required training provided
