Job Summary

Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Polish English)
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work Model: On-site

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
  • 08:00 17:00 or 09:00 18:00
  • 2 rotational days off per week

Note: At a later stage (TBC by the client) the project may move to a 24/7 schedule with rotational shifts.

Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Polish-speaking Customer Service Representative with good English skills to join an international team in this role you will provide high-quality support to customers while ensuring a smooth and positive experience with one of the leading e-commerce platforms.

You will assist customers with inquiries provide solutions and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via phone email or chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to products orders and services.
  • Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
  • Remain knowledgeable about e-commerce products services and platform standards.
  • Identify customer needs and provide accurate and efficient solutions.
  • Handle high volumes of contacts during promotional periods and peak seasons.
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Requirements

  • Fluent Polish and good command of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
  • Ability to demonstrate empathy and maintain professionalism in all interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and rational decision-making skills.
  • Good understanding of e-commerce environments and online platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage peaks in contact volumes.
  • Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends.
