Were growing our multilingual customer support team in Lisbon and looking for a Polish-speaking specialist to join us.

What youll do

Youll be the first point of contact for our Polish and English-speaking customers handling enquiries via chat email and phone resolving issues with empathy and efficiency and being the kind of person customers are genuinely glad they spoke to. Youll work on-site alongside a close-knit international team and share customer insights that help us get better every day.

What were looking for

Native or fluent Polish with strong English (C1 or above)
Experience in customer service support retail or hospitality the environment doesnt matter the attitude does
A calm empathetic communicator who enjoys solving problems
EU citizen or valid right to work in Portugal
