Role Overview:
We are hiring German-speaking Content Moderators to join a professional operations team in this role you will review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards. You will contribute to maintaining a safe and trustworthy digital environment while meeting quality and productivity KPIs.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and evaluate user-generated content (text images video ads)
Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal regulations
Identify policy violations and escalate complex cases when required
Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards
Provide clear written justifications for moderation decisions
Stay up to date with policy updates and operational guidelines
Profile
Fluent German (minimum C1 level)
Good command of English (B2 minimum)
Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
Resilient and comfortable working with sensitive content
Team-oriented with good communication skills
Previous moderation or customer support experience is a plus but not mandatory
Offer Base Salary: 15260 gross/year
