- Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
- 08:00 17:00 or 09:00 18:00
- 2 rotational days off per week
Note: At a later stage (to be confirmed by the client) the project may transition to a 24/7 schedule with rotational shifts.
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Hungarian-speaking Customer Service Representative with strong English skills to join our international team in this role you will provide high-quality support to customers of a leading e-commerce platform ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
You will assist customers with their inquiries resolve issues efficiently and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone email or chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products orders and services.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
- Stay knowledgeable and passionate about leading e-commerce products and service standards.
- Identify customer needs and provide accurate and efficient solutions.
- Handle high volumes of contacts during promotional periods and peak seasons.
- Escalate complex cases when necessary and ensure proper follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in internal systems.
Requirements
- Fluent Hungarian and good command of English (written and spoken).
- Strong customer service skills and communication abilities.
- Ability to demonstrate empathy and maintain a positive attitude with customers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and rational decision-making.
- Good understanding of e-commerce environments and online platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage peaks in contact volumes.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts including weekends.
