Job Summary
Our national client within the FMCG / Supply Chain Management sector is looking for a dynamic Operations Manager for their DC in Bloemfontein.
- Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Operations Management
- 3-5 Years experience within a Supply Chain environment
- Knowledge of Warehouse Management System
- Strong communication skills
- Ensure Effective team dynamics
- Improve process efficiency in the Bloemfontein DC operation
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders (Transport Replenishment and Planning) to ensure that deliverables are met
- Follow up on customer complaints and ensure they have been resolved in an effective and timely manner
- Forecasting workforce and maintaining production cycles to ensure that the correct resources are in place to achieve targets
- Continuously monitor and oversee the day-to-day operations
- Ensure Compliance to all our policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance
- Ensure due diligence with all processes
- Develop collaborate and engage relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Weekly and monthly reporting and analysis of KPIs
