Job Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients of Ironside Restoration
- Assist clients with inquiries concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and resolve any escalated issues
- Conduct follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention
- Stay updated on company products services and policies to provide accurate information to clients
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
