Key Responsibilities:
Building positive relationships with young people families and external professionals
Supporting young people with daily routines education and emotional wellbeing
Contributing to care plans and risk assessments
Supporting implementation and reviews of plans
Maintaining high-quality and accurate records
No previous experience required you will receive 3 weeks of classroom training followed by 1 week of shadow shifts ensuring you feel confident and fully supported in your role.
You do not hold a Full UK Driving Licence and do not have access to a car
You only hold a Level 3 in Health & Social Care this is not deemed equivalent
You only have HealthCare NHS CQC or Nursery Practitioner experience

Individuals with only CQC experience and who have not worked in an Ofsted Registered Childrens Home will not be considered.
