IT Support Team:
The IT Support team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the schools digital infrastructure. The team supports staff and students with hardware software and network systems helping to create an efficient and reliable learning environment. The IT Support Officer works closely with teaching staff senior leaders and external providers to maintain and develop the schools IT provision.
Requirements
Previous experience in an IT support or technical support role ideally within an educational setting
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems hardware troubleshooting and basic networking
Experience supporting classroom technology including interactive whiteboards and laptops
Ability to respond efficiently to technical issues and prioritise workloads
Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach
Commitment to safeguarding data protection and professional standards
