Experience and Qualifications
Experience as an IT Support Engineer IT Technician or IT Support Officer
Strong working knowledge of Windows environments networks and hardware support
Experience with user support troubleshooting and system maintenance
Experience in a school or education setting desirable
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
