The Role You will deliver English Literature and Language lessons across KS3 and KS4 benefiting from a No-Marking policy that focuses on live verbal feedback. You will be supported by a designated English specialist mentor to help you navigate your first two years in the profession. Key responsibilities include:
Teaching engaging English lessons that foster a love for reading and oracy
Utilizing whole-class feedback strategies to reduce administrative workload
Supporting the schools diverse curriculum through innovative text choices
Monitoring student attendance and academic growth within your classes
Attending weekly ECF seminars and non-evaluative mentor observations
