Pay Rate: $61000 - $80000 per annum

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Service Technician for our client a manufacturing company in Acton MA. This is a DIRECT HIRE position. The main responsibility is to lead the repairs and maintenance of machines by providing excellent customer support.
Travel Requirements: 20% travel/year to customer locations in North America and Canada
Maintenance and repair of machines specifically hydraulic machines
Troubleshooting and diagnosing machine errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions
Provide service and customer support on phone and on site
Manage all on site installation repair maintenance and test tasks by cooperating with the technical team
Providing professional customer support via phone and email
This is a Full-Time Direct Hire position
The hours will be Mon-Fri 8AM-5PM. Ideally for training hours they would like the candidate to be available 7:00am-3:30pm or 10:30am-7:00 pm.

MUST HAVES:

Minimum of 3 years experience in a service technician or mechanical technician role
Knowledge of hydraulic systems
Ability to travel internationally 20% of the year for technical training machine installation and support
