Job Summary

Role Description

This is a contract with the possibility of full-time on-site role for a Field Service Technician based in Williamsport PA. and surrounding areas. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for evaluating equipment providing preventive maintenance performing troubleshooting diagnostics and on-demand repairs. Additional duties include setting up and configuring new equipment assisting with site planning conducting quality control checks and ensuring timely delivery or relocation of equipment. Effective communication with customers and adherence to company standards are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

Technical skills in troubleshooting diagnostics and equipment maintenance
Proficiency in setup configuration and quality control of technical equipment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Organizational and time-management skills to handle equipment moves site planning and delivery scheduling
Flexibility to accommodate travel within the region for on-site services
Hands-on experience or certification in the imaging equipment or technical service field is an advantage
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or a related degree is a plus
Must have a valid drivers license and own vehicle.
