Summary: Manages digitizes organizes and submits quality documentation and data per company policy and customer requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Regular and punctual attendance is required
  • Overtime hours may be required if needed
  • Data Entry and Management: Inputting updating verifying and submitting data and documents in databases ensuring accuracy and compliance with data quality standards.
  • Document Processing: Scanning indexing and classifying physical records into digital formats.
  • Database Administration: Maintaining backing up and securing data utilizing tools to manage file structures.
  • Quality Control: Auditing documents and data for errors inconsistencies or gaps and correcting them promptly.
  • Develop and follow standard operating procedures for data storage and retrieval.
  • Reviewing quality provision requirement documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Analytical Skills: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry and verification with strong ability to consistently notice process and correct small errors to ensure all information is accurate consistent and reliable.

Education and/or Experience: Associates degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts proportions percentages area circumference and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills: In order to perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
