Job Summary

Technical Project Manager - Expert

Responsibilities

Manage Customer Project Delivery
1. Revenue as detailed in Impact Section
2. Very Large/ Complex/ Multiple Regions or Global
3. High/ Very High Risk
4. High/ Very High Complexity Legal & Commercial Issues

Manages Project Financials
1. Meets or Exceeds approved budgets
2. Provides reliable financial forecasts to management

Manages Client Relationships
1. Manages complex/ multifunction and/ or global delivery relationships with senior and executive (“C” Level) client management
2. Communicates the direct value our capabilities will provide to our business partners & customers

Manages Project Team
1. Manages internal as well as external resources with a team size greater than 40 people
2. Mentors & encourages skill development of project team members through others
3. Provides detailed performance review input and development recommendations for key contributors
4. Mentors others providing a role model and support for individual development

Education & Experience Required

First Level University Degree. Advanced Degree Preferred
10-12 years’ experience in project management role a must
PMP Certified (Must)
Agile Scrum Certified (CSM) (Must)

Knowledge & Skills

Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of key operational policies processes and methodologies applicable to project management
Has an extensive understanding of critical project management techniques
Good understanding of Datacenter Application Migrations & Implementations
Good understanding of DevOps Solution Implementations
Proven expertise in Cloud Solutions and other relevant technologies
Recognized as a leader in the PM Professions community

Complexity

Works on complex projects where analysis of situations or data require and in-depth evaluation of multiple complex factors and significant use of judgment
Delivers projects affecting multiple client divisions or the enterprise
Manages a portfolio of projects or a program and supervises other project managers on very large multi-function multivendor projects
Projects may be global
Manages projects requiring advanced scheduling and coordination techniques to meet client deadlines
