Job Summary

Job Summary

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the overall HR operations in the automobile organization including recruitment employee relations training & development performance management compliance and HR strategy. The role requires strong experience in manufacturing or automobile environments managing blue-collar and white-collar workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Talent Acquisition
    • Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant technical and corporate roles.
    • Coordinate with department heads to identify manpower requirements.
    • Develop hiring strategies for engineers technicians and production staff.
    • Manage recruitment agencies and job portals.
  2. Employee Relations & Engagement
    • Maintain healthy employee relations across plant and corporate teams.
    • Address employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
    • Implement employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
  3. HR Operations
    • Manage payroll coordination attendance and leave management.
    • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
    • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction programs.
  4. Performance Management
    • Implement performance appraisal systems.
    • Support managers in goal setting and performance improvement plans.
    • Align employee objectives with company goals.
  5. Training & Development
    • Identify training needs for technical and managerial staff.
    • Organize leadership technical and compliance training programs.
    • Support career development and succession planning.
  6. Compliance & Labor Laws
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
    • Handle factory compliance related to PF ESIC gratuity and labor regulations.
    • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams.
  7. HR Strategy
    • Develop HR policies and procedures aligned with company objectives.
    • Support organizational development and workforce planning.
    • Provide HR insights to management for decision-making.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.
  • 8–12 years of HR experience preferably in automobile or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
  • Experience handling plant workforce is preferred.

Preferred Experience
