Job Summary

Position Overview:

Anmol Industries is seeking an experienced and dynamic Exports Manager to lead and expand our international business operations. The ideal candidate will oversee the end-to-end export process develop global markets ensure compliance with export regulations and drive sales and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement export strategies in line with company’s international business objectives.
Identify and explore new international markets to increase global presence.
Achieve monthly quarterly and annual export sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Manage the complete export cycle including documentation logistics customs clearance and shipment coordination.
Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors clients and trade partners.
Negotiate pricing contracts and commercial terms to ensure profitability.
Ensure 100% compliance with international trade regulations and export documentation standards.
Analyse global market trends competitor activities and customer demand to support business planning.
Coordinate with internal teams such as production finance quality and warehousing for smooth order execution.
Prepare and share export MIS sales reports and forecasts with management.
Represent the company at international trade fairs exhibitions and buyer–seller meets.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 10 years of experience in export management (preferably FMCG or manufacturing industry).
Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in export markets.
Strong knowledge of export procedures documentation and global logistics.
Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills.
Experience in developing and managing international sales channels.
Proficiency in export documentation systems ERP tools and MS Office.

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in international business Marketing or related fields.
MBA/PGDM in International Business is preferred.
