We are recruiting for aTraining Managerrole. The incumbent will be responsible for designing delivering and evaluating ICT-related training programmes for users and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:- Training Needs Assessment: Identification of the skills and competencies required to meet organisational goals and objectives.
- Training Design and Development: Development of training programmes to upskill employees and stakeholders to effectively and efficiently utilise tools and solutions of the organisation.
- Training Delivery: Implementation of the training programme to deliver the necessary training to the organisations staff and stakeholders through an omnichannel approach based on location and maturity of the operating environment.
- Training Evaluation: Assessment of training programme effectiveness through the organisation and stakeholder performance in usage of the organisations tools and solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Ongoing updates improvement and delivery of training to employees and relevant stakeholders.
Minimum qualifications and certifications:- Minimum 5 years experience in training management and experience in ICT systems training.
- Relevant training or facilitation certifications
- Degree or diploma in Training HR or related field (advantageous)
