Operation Excellence Associate Product Operations

Get to Know the Role
We are looking for a Product Operation to manage Grab Kiosk Product and assist the business team to running business. This role is important to our success as we are looking for you to manage these responsibilities. You will be based onsite in the Grab Jakarta office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

1. Collaborate with the business team to ensure demand & supply is fulfilled properly.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve operation & technical issues related to product management.
3. Work closely with the internals team including engineering product and customer support to ensure day to day business running well and improvement.
4. Document onboarding product/SKU processes and support procedures.
5. Provide training and support to internal support and/or partners to facilitate their understanding and use of our systems.
6. Monitor transaction traffic performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Having experience in a similar role in the past is preferred.
    

Qualifications :

What Essential Skills You Will Need

1. Proven experience in a product operation or finance tech role at least 2 years preferably in a tech company.
2. Strong sense of analytic data processing (e.g. excel power BI superset datadog any data query model).
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical problems to non-technical audiences.
5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
6. Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field is a plus
7. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python Java or JavaScript is a plus.
