Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and managing product development from idea to launch
Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking
Gather and translate user feedback into product requirements
Support roadmap creation and feature prioritization
Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure timely delivery
Monitor product performance and suggest improvements
Assist in basic budgeting, cost planning, and financial tracking for product development and marketing initiatives
Prepare documentation, reports, and product updates

Requirements:

Strong interest in digital products, EdTech, or online learning platforms
Basic understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost efficiency for product and marketing development
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams
Basic understanding of product lifecycle and user-centered design is a plus
Familiar with tools such as Notion, Trello, Jira, Figma, or similar (preferred)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
Fluent in English (written and spoken) is an advantage
