Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and managing product development from idea to launch
- Conduct user research, market analysis, and competitor benchmarking
- Gather and translate user feedback into product requirements
- Support roadmap creation and feature prioritization
- Coordinate with designers and developers to ensure timely delivery
- Monitor product performance and suggest improvements
- Assist in basic budgeting, cost planning, and financial tracking for product development and marketing initiatives
- Prepare documentation, reports, and product updates
Requirements:
- Strong interest in digital products, EdTech, or online learning platforms
- Basic understanding of financial management, budgeting, and cost efficiency for product and marketing development
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of product lifecycle and user-centered design is a plus
- Familiar with tools such as Notion, Trello, Jira, Figma, or similar (preferred)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
- Fluent in English (written and spoken) is an advantage
