Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President Commercial Process Owner!
In this role the incumbent will drive the deployment of our global commercial process strategy within the region aligning global objectives with local requirements through data
analysis insights generation and KPI tracking to improve process adoption and value delivery. This role will support the GPOs transformation agenda collaborating with Regional Process Owners and cross-functional teams across Commercial Finance Digital Technologies and Internal Audit to drive process standardization and transformation. With strong analytical project management and communication skills the incumbent will develop subject matter expertise in the S2R process and will also support the implementation of the Commercial Digital Strategy.

Responsibilities
Deployment of the global process strategy.
Understanding and translating any local requirements to shape global strategy
Data gathering and insights formulate points of view and recommendations for input into the process
Tracking results against KPIs and providing insights to improve process and tool adoption
Maintaining control standards and support the deployment of the GPO transformation agenda.
Gathering data developing insights and working with the Regional process owners to formulate opportunities to drive value through process transformation and adoption.

Track and measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and develop insights into driving targeted adoption.
Develop strong subject matter expertise in the S2R process.
Should have strong analytics skills to gather data and develop insights.
Should have project management acumen to help drive process adoption and meet KPIs.
Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.
Work with regional counterparts and others in the GPO org to support process standardization efforts through enterprise design.
Interact and collaborate effectively across Commercial and Finance along with Digital Technologies and Internal Audit/Compliance.
Works closely with the GPO and regional process teams to ensure alignment with the global Source-to-Receipt (S2R) strategy.
Gather analyse and translate data into actionable insights to track progress against KPIs identify opportunities for improvement and measure the effectiveness of process adoption.
Develop and apply deep knowledge of the S2R process to guide regional and local teams in implementing best practices.
Lead and support process standardization and improvement projects ensuring timely execution and alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
University degree (i.e. Bachelor) in engineering or business/ economics / finance / marketing / computer science
Advanced degree (i.e Masters) in Business Analytics Data Science Computer Science or MBA highly desired
Relevant strategic sourcing and procurement experience
Project leadership including the ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects that require frequent communication organization and time management.
Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
Experience working in a large global highly matrixed organization and works easily in multi-business unit project settings; able to facilitate teamwork across corporate -depth understanding of best-in-class procurement practices
Advanced analytical and financial skills including the ability to quickly synthesize distil and draw conclusions on large amounts of disparate data.
