As a Vice President at Spocto youll have an exciting role including:
- Own the Insurance vertical FY27 target all NN (new logos new product)
- Build relationships with CFOs collections heads and ops CXOs at life and general insurers
- Identify AI collections use cases in insurance premium recovery policy lapse agent engagement
- Develop target account list of 15 insurers; close 8 accounts in FY27
- Work with Presales to create insurance-specific demos ROI models and case studies
- Track industry trends in InsurTech and AI-driven collections
- Represent Spocto X at insurance industry events (IRDAI forums InsurTech conferences)
- Coordinate with Product on insurance-specific feature requirements
Requirements
12-15 years in B2B sales out of which 6-7 years in insurance or AI/SaaS for BFSI
Understanding of insurance operations and premium collections
Existing network across insurance CXOs and operations heads
Comfortable with AI product positioning and ROI-based selling
Strong analytical and commercial skills
Excellent presentation and communication skills
IRDAI / insurance domain knowledge preferred
Should have sold AI products in the past
Preferred candidate could be from any competing AI Co
