CRA is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to ensure operational excellence and maintain the highest standards of performance reliability and compliance across refinery utilities operations.
This role involves leading utilities performance driving process optimization troubleshooting operational challenges and coordinating with production and engineering teams across global operations.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced Process Engineer to lead utilities performance reliability safety and cost optimization across our global operations within the Oil & Gas sector.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and improve performance of refinery utility systems including steam power water and other supporting utilities.
Lead troubleshooting and optimization of utilities processes to ensure operational efficiency and reliability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance safety and cost effectiveness.
Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders including operations maintenance and engineering teams.
Ensure compliance with safety environmental and operational standards.
Provide technical leadership and guidance for utilities operations and process improvements.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction across utilities operations.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Chemical Engineering (Masters degree preferred).
Minimum 15 years of experience in utilities operations within the Oil & Gas / Refinery industry.
At least 10 years of hands-on experience in refinery utilities operations.
Strong knowledge of utilities systems such as steam generation power distribution water treatment and cooling systems.
Strong stakeholder coordination skills and technical leadership abilities.
Proven ability to drive process optimization troubleshooting and performance improvement initiatives.
