Unqualified SEND Teacher Hounslow West London Immediate Start

Role: Unqualified SEND Teacher
Location: Hounslow West London
Contract: Full-time Commitment required until July 2026
Start Date: Immediate

A welcoming and forward-thinking Primary School in Hounslow is seeking a dedicated Unqualified SEND Teacher to join their specialist SEND provision. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on SEND experience who is looking to develop a long-term career in special education.

You do not need Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) for this role. Instead the school is looking for someone with a strong understanding of SEND and a genuine passion for supporting pupils with additional needs. This role has the opportunity to become a Qualified Teacher in the future!

Role Responsibilities:

Support and deliver structured engaging learning activities for pupils with a range of SEND needs
Work closely with the class teacher SENDCo and specialist staff to support individual learning plans
Provide consistent pastoral and academic support within a nurturing structured environment
Adapt learning materials to meet individual pupil needs
Monitor and contribute to pupil progress and development records

We Are Looking For:

An enthusiastic and committed individual with experience supporting SEND pupils (school-based or similar setting)
A graduate aspiring teacher or experienced SEND practitioner seeking classroom responsibility
Someone patient adaptable and confident in building positive relationships with pupils
A long-term commitment until July 2026
