As an Economics Teacher your responsibilities will include:

• Teaching Economics across Key Stages 45 including GCSE and A-Level.

• Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons to meet the needs of all learners.

• Monitoring student progress providing constructive feedback and setting clear targets.

• Contributing to curriculum development departmental planning and resource creation.

• Leading or supporting co-curricular activities such as clubs competitions or enterprise projects.

• Creating a stimulating inclusive and supportive classroom environment.

• Collaborating with colleagues to share best practice and support school initiatives.

Experience and Qualifications

• Degree in Economics Business or a related discipline.

• PGCE or QTS qualification.

• Experience teaching Economics at secondary level including GCSE and A-Level.

• Strong subject knowledge classroom management and effective communication skills.

• Passion for engaging students in economic theory analysis and real-world applications.
