About the Role
As a French Teacher your responsibilities will include:
Teaching French across Key Stages 35 including GCSE and A-Level.
Planning and delivering engaging differentiated lessons tailored to students of varying abilities.
Assessing student progress providing feedback and setting targets for improvement.
Contributing to curriculum development resource creation and departmental initiatives.
Leading or supporting co-curricular activities such as language clubs competitions and exchange programs.
Creating a positive stimulating and inclusive classroom environment.
Collaborating with colleagues across the department and school to share best practices and support school initiatives.
Experience and Qualifications
Degree in French Modern Languages or a related field.
PGCE or QTS qualification.
Experience teaching French at secondary level including GCSE and A-Level.
Strong subject knowledge excellent classroom management skills and effective communication.
Passion for promoting language learning and cultural awareness.
