About the Role
As a French Teacher your responsibilities will include:
Teaching French across Key Stages 35 including GCSE and A-Level.
Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons for students of varying abilities.
Assessing student progress providing constructive feedback and setting targets.
Contributing to curriculum planning resource development and departmental initiatives.
Leading or supporting co-curricular activities such as language clubs competitions and exchange programs.
Creating a positive inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
Collaborating with colleagues across the department and school to share best practices.
Experience and Qualifications
Degree in French Modern Languages or a related discipline.
PGCE or QTS qualification.
Experience teaching French at secondary level including GCSE and A-Level.
Strong subject knowledge classroom management skills and effective communication.
Passion for promoting language learning and cultural awareness.
